Job Description

We are currently looking for a

Hyperion Administrator with strong accounting skills

Job description / Function

In this position you will work in the Financial HQ of a globally operating organization. You will be responsible for the Hyperion system and the correct accounting as well. You will work in an international team with contacts all over the world. The Hyperion Administrator reports to the Chief Group Accountant.

Tasks:

Preparing the HYPERION system for all accounting requests
Responsibility for accounting activities and system processes related to accounting
Contact person for technical accounting support in the group companies
Interaction and coordination with other central departments
Financial Consolidation , Analysis and Reporting (Legal and Management Reporting)
Timely preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closings
Maintain procedures and guidelines, ensure the quality of data
Responsibility for accounting activities and system processes related to accounting

Ideal candidate will have the following:

Administrator Knowledge in HYPERION
Work experience in Financial Reporting systems is a must
University degree
Or relevant work experience in the area of Accounting/Financing/Controlling
Minimum 3 years work experience
Good knowledge in IFRS. HGB and UK-GAAP are a plus.
A team player with strong communications skills
High level of analytical skills, self motivated, willingness to travel
Advanced level English skills, German or other European languages are a plus
Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
